Shipping policy

We do ship immediately with most items arriving fast.  Sometimes there are unforeseen delays so please allow 7 -25 days for delivery; especially during holiday and busy season as well as for high demand items. On rare occasions, items do get lost in the mail or delivered to incorrect addresses. In any event, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help in any situation. Please do NOT use the Paypal filing of a claim as your refund option. This option is intended to be used only if a merchant refuses to give a refund and/or doesn't send product. The same goes for a credit card charge back. Do not use this option in lieu of contacting us for your refund. Doing so will result in a $15 - $30 fee from your bank that we will have to pass along. Please help us to keep costs down for you and for others.

Return Policy: You may return any order within 14 days of delivery, but your item must be in the same condition that you received it to receive a full refund. Any questions about shipping or returns please read our Help section, or email us at - support@myshoppingspot.co Should your product take a little longer, understand that often it is due to an unforeseen issue such as an incorrectly input address or local shipping; however, we will do whatever we can to help you.  If you'd like expedited shipping we can do that for an extra shipping fee.  Please reach out to us if you have a deadline in which you need your product and we will do all we can.

THIS IS SO IMPORTANT I'VE GOT TO MENTION TWICE:

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or claim with Paypal.  Those things are meant to be a last resort if we cannot help you - in which 100% of the time we CAN!  We WILL not ignore you; I promise!! :) If you do not hear back it may be because we didn't receive a message.  Also, please check your spam folder for email confirmation and tracking if you did not or do not receive.  Often emails end up in spam which is out of anyone's control.  Email notifications with tracking information goes out electronically and is always sent to the email you provide to us.  The only way we can continue to offer free music lessons and discounted merchandise is without costly chargebacks and refunds due to no fault of our own.  So please do help us to keep costs low so we can pass along to you; our valued customers!
