Please note that we ship products almost immediately after orders are received. There are times in which products become lost, tracking isn't entered or updated via post office, or delays occur. Please allow up to 15 days for standard shipping and up to 7 days for expedited shipping.
You should automatically receive tracking and shipping information via email you have on file with us. If you do not, it is likely to have gone into your junk/spam folder. You may also look up your order on our website or contact us via our customer service contact. If you pay via Paypal and open claims for customer service issues, it will take much longer to get back to you as this forum is not intended for this type of service. Going through Paypal is only intended when a merchant simply doesn't get back to you AFTER you have tried to contact them first or for fraud. We provide every mechanism for you not to have to labor the customer service process via cumbersome Paypal disputes.
