UPDATE - CORONAVIRUS Dated March 26th, 2020: But for errors with broken items (sometimes happens in shipping) or wrong item sent, for the time being, we are unable to accept any returns due to both safety and economic reasons. We hope you can understand the position our small, family owned company has been put in as we stand to lose everything like many small businesses. But we also need to be safety conscious of returned items as well. We, like the rest of the nation, do not know how long this will be in place and appreciate you supporting us as a small, mom and pop business. God bless us all and we hope things get back to normal very soon. Thank you again for your support and understanding.
In order the meet the high expectations of our customers, we ship immediately. When you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and cannot be changed or cancelled.
UPDATE - CORONAVIRUS: SOME items may ship from China and others from our US warehouse. We've had to obtain very strict government clearance to be able to ship from China since the coronavirus outbreak. As such, there is no risk of the spread of this virus via our products being delivered from China. Besides having to get this clearance, the virus is unable to survive the time of delivery without a host (human) and is not viable. Therefore, we will be unable to issue refunds once shipped from our China warehouse based on the coronavirus alone.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or claim with Paypal. Those things are meant to be a last resort if we cannot help you - in which 100% of the time we CAN! We WILL not ignore you; I promise!! :) If you do not hear back it may be because we didn't receive a message. Also, please check your spam folder for email confirmation and tracking if you did not or do not receive. Often emails end up in spam which is out of anyone's control. Email notifications with tracking information goes out electronically and is always sent to the email you provide to us. The only way we can continue to offer free music lessons and discounted merchandise is without costly chargebacks and refunds due to no fault of our own. So please do help us to keep costs low so we can pass along to you; our valued customers! We will not be responsible for bank chargeback fees through no fault of our own should you choose not to contact us first.
If your item ships and you later decide to return it, you may be responsible for return shipping unless your item arrived damaged or broken.
Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to any manufacturer. Please do contact us prior to sending anything back.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
